Sundown Mountain Resort's Winter Sports Club (ages 9-99)

PLEASE ARRIVE 25-30 minutes before the lesson call (5:55pm) to prepare for your lesson. Please meet your instructor on the beginner hill behind mountain center. 

If you have RENTED EQUIPMENT, you may pick up the equipment at the designated area: "SMARTPASS+ Reserved"
If you have purchased a LIFT TICKET, you will receive the ticket once you Check-in at "Guest Services"

*We require an adult on Sundown Mountain Resort property AT ALL TIMES during lesson for children 12 & under as well as their Emergency Contact information provided to Guest Services. 

MISSED CLASS & WEATHER POLICY
By signing up for this class, you are committing to the dates listed above & also agreeing to the weather policy below.

 
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED if you have to miss a class for any reason & are unable to attend the make-up date provided for the session you have committed to. Please email groups@sundownmtn.com for absences and to be added to the make up date for your session.

If Sundown Mountain Resort's Winter Sports Club must cancel a lesson due to weather & you can not attend the make-up date, NO REFUND/GIFT CARD or any other compensation will be given.

A cancelled class will be communicated via email only.

Due to Iowa weather being unpredictable & out of our control, if we have to cancel the class for 2 or more days due to weather, you will be provided with a pro-rated gift card. NO OTHER COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED.
