23-24 Season Passholder Release of Liability
Every season passholder (ages 18+) or their parent/guardian (under age 18) needs to fill out this form before receiving their pass.

Ski Rental
Every participant (or parent of a minor participant under the age of 18) needs to fill out this form if they want to rent skis. This only has to be filled out ONCE per season by participant and/or parent/guardian unless a change is made to equipment. Snowboard Rental
