Season Rental Equipment Waiver

25-26 Season Pass/Snowboard Rental Release of Liability & Agreement
Every season passholder (ages 18+) or their parent/guardian (under age 18) needs to fill out this form if they want a Season Pass with Snowboard Rental. This only has to be filled out ONCE per season by participant and/or parent/guardian unless a change is made to equipment. 25-26 Season Pass/Ski Rental Release of Liability & Agreement
