Here are some tips and details to assist you.
All participants must sign waiver before allowed to enter ski area those under 18 yrs. old must have parent or guardian sign. We require masks to be worn when entering our lodges.
New this year all rental packages include helmet at no additional charge.
Registration is due ONE WEEK prior to trip date to ensure equipment can be preset. Contact Group Office for any information regarding late registrations.
Upon arrival by bus please pull up in front of Mountain Center to unload. Please remain on bus until group leader has checked into office and a member of Ski has spoken to students. After unloading please park in designated area in South Lodge parking lot or in overflow lot across the road. Once participants have departed their buses and have received materials they will enter into the rental area to pick up equipment.
Due to social distancing guidelines we ask once equipment is received and boots are put on you exit to ski area so Mountain Center can remain under maximum capacity guidelines. For Large groups please send in one bus at a time.
We suggest on deciding an outdoor meeting area for your group if needed.
Group Leader Only will check into the Group Office to receive materials to distribute to participants, add or delete participants, and issue payment for trip. Please wear a mask when inside lodges.
Upon arrival by cars please wait for your group leader to check in at the group office they will distribute material to group members.
To ensure safety of yourself and others please wear face mask when entering lodges and maintain social distancing.
Suggested Gear for your trip: Winter coat, Snow pants, waterproof gloves, winter hat with no ball (to fit under helmet), scarf or neck gator, goggles, face mask, and warm socks. We suggest dressing in light layers under equipment. No carry-in food will be allowed in North Lodge please use upstairs of Mountain Center or designated areas in South Lodge if you intend to carry-in food.
Ski School will meet those needing lesson at top of beginner hill for group lessons or station teaching.
Lesson times are 10:30, 12:30, 3, 5, and on weekdays only 7.
