If you opted for pick-up, the first date for pick-up will be Ski Swap/Open House on Nov. 14th 9am-4pm

Waivers not completed or without pics cannot be processed until complete. Please check your account.

  • If we currently don’t have the completed waiver for 2021-2022 Season Pass Release of Liability, but have last year’s waiver signed, you will still receive your pass but a reminder to fill out this season’s waiver. 

  • If we currently don’t have the completed waiver for 2021-2022 Season Pass Release of Liability, passes will not be printed until the waiver has been completed. 

  • If your picture was not uploaded or is not acceptable to use, we will not print until a new picture has been uploaded. 

**FAQ has guidelines on uploading an acceptable form of picture. 

To upload a new picture to your passholder account or complete the current Liability waiver, please login to your account at:

Use the email to login associated with your account (If you do not know your password, or first time logging in, please select forgot password.)

In your account you can view the forms/waivers for ALL passholders associated with that email address. 

You can also select to upload a new photo.

Once all steps are completed please email with Order Number and “Complete”. Please do not call, email support with any questions.

Gift Cards & Passes being mailed: 

*Sundown is not responsible for lost or damaged passes or gift cards once mailed. Re-print fees will apply if lost or damaged. 5-7 day processing time to be shipped. Tracking is not available on regular postage mail.

Please note that ARMBANDS do NOT get shipped out. They will be held back for those that purchased and available for pickup at the Ticket Window
